For example, if you order 160lb bumper plate set, you will receive 4 packages(package 1: 2x10lb bumper plates, package 2: 2x25 lb bumper plates, package 3: 1x45lb bumper plate, package 4: 1x45lb bumper plate).
Our bumper plates are excellent for training the Olympic lifts, which end with the bar overhead or at shoulder height. This allows the lifter to drop the bar after completing a lift, or if a lift is missed, without harming the bar, surrounding equipment, flooring.
